3. Acceptable Use Policy

• Use coordinates or generated data for stalking, harassment, trespassing on private property, or unlawful real-world activities.
• Misrepresent generated data as official government survey markers or certified land title boundaries.

4. Intellectual Property & Open Data Attribution

The software interface, styling, and algorithmic implementation of Random Location Generator are proprietary to the site operators. However, we respect and incorporate global open data:

• Map Data: Base map tiles are © OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL).
• Basemaps: CARTO basemaps are provided under CARTO’s attribution guidelines.
• User Exports: You retain full, royalty-free rights to all GeoJSON, KML, CSV, and JSON coordinate datasets you synthesize using our tool for personal, educational, or commercial projects.

5. Third-Party Links & Outbound Navigation

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or privacy policies of third-party platforms.
